D260A10 Computerized Industrial Single Head Quilting Sewing Machine WITFH FRAME​

Function:

1. The machine is equipped with servo motors, fully automatic refueling system and automatic shearing system optional.
2. Self inspection: stop work when there is broken line or any problem, and the sewing head rises and moves to the edge of the frame.
3. Four servo motors, It can exactly control the movements in X and Y directions synchronously
4. Anti-bumping device, protect the running sewing head.
5. Memory function: the sewing head will move to the point where problem occurred and rework.
6. The computer supports USB flash disc , and there are more than 300 patterns. Users can browse the patterns and operate. The beautiful patterns and nice stitching can fully satisfied the customers.
7. The computer can be operated in English and Chinese. The users can adjust the patter , data , ET according to the instruction. The computer is equipped powerful pattern editing function, and the users can design patterns easily and quickly.
8. The moving tracks of the sewing head are special linear square tube; it can reduce noise and keep the moving head smoothly.
9. The machine will be released after 24 house running test.
10. The machine can be customized according to your request.
